Payment

All credit card transactions take place in a secure electronic environment through the 123-reg system approved by Globalsign. In this system, credit card payments are protected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that all transactions are above the international standard for security and safety.  We also accept Paypal payment which incur a surcharge of 3.5% due to the additional factoring charges.


Shipping Costs and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products in your shopping basket and the chosen delivery method. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order. Items are despatched via Royal Mail (for small items) or by 48 Hour Courier Service (for larger / heavier items) to enable tracking of your order and to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible.  For orders paid by Paypal, delivery will be via a Recorded Delivery (Signed For) service.  Specific information about product availability and delivery periods are often set out in the products description page but in the unlikely event that your item is not in stock, we shall contact you with an expected delivery date or if you would prefer, we can offer you a full refund and cancel your order if this date is not acceptable.


Sales Agreement

All prices shown in our online shop are not legally binding and are subject to change without prior warning. After entering all personal contact information and by clicking the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order is considered binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is only valid as soon as the "delivery confirmation" email is sent and your oder has been despatched. If you do not receive delivery confirmation or the actual delivery itself within 2 weeks, you are no longer legally bound to your purchase. Cancellation / Returns and Refunds

You may cancel your order and return the goods to us for a full refund within 7 days from the day of delivery under the Distance Selling Regulations "Cooling Off Period", without any justification, as long as you send your cancellation request in writing (letter, fax, e-mail or by using the Contact Us button on the website) quoting all original Customer / Order numbers. Goods must be returned to us in there original packing (where applicable) and in a "saleable" condition.  The buyer is responsible for all return postage charges and refunds will only be issued once the goods have been received and checked.  We recommend that buyers return items to the address below via Recorded Delivery in order to obtain proof of postage.  If you are in any doubt, please call us for more info on 0191 4692020
