All Personal Information entered during the checkout process takes place within a secure electronic environment through the 123-reg system approved by GlobalSign. Within this environment, any information you enter is protected via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This ensures that we are protecting your personal information above the international standard for security and safety. We never sell or "pass on" any customer contact information other than relevant 3rd parties involved with processing your order (ie. Delivery Companies tasked with delivering your item/s to you).
Payments are processed via the Worldpay or Paypal payments gateways. At the end of the above secure checkout process, you will be diverted to your chosen payment processing service. Both of which are "Hosted" services meaning we never see or store your card details. Worldpay (formerly known as Streamline) is one of the worlds leading suppliers of Chip & Pin terminals and is also one of the most trusted payment processing gateways when it comes to entering your card details online. We also accept Paypal payments for those who choose to use them.
Shipping Costs and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products in your shopping basket and the Zone in which you reside. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order however the "UK Domestic" Zone Charge is applied as default and the charge will be greater for the "Highland, ROI & Europe" Zone.
We endeavour to have all orders placed before 2pm dispatched the same day, however we will notify you if there is a delay in this process. Small items are despatched via Royal Mail and Large / Heavy Items by 24 Hour DHL Courier Service to enable tracking of your order and to ensure it reaches you as quickly as possible. Specific information about product availability and delivery periods are often set out in the products description page but in the unlikely event that your item has fallen out of stock, we shall contact you with an expected delivery date. We will offer you a full refund and cancel your order if this date is not acceptable. In ALL instances, any taxes or charges your country may impose upon import of goods are entirely your responsibility as outlined in our terms and conditions. Please contact your customs office to check if you're liable to incur importation charges.
All prices shown in our online shop are not legally binding and are subject to change without prior warning. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after the checkout process has been completed. If funds are not received after the order confirmation email has been sent, the order will be "rejected" pending payment. The sales agreement is only valid when we send you an email confirming that your item/s have been dispatched to you. If you do not receive delivery confirmation or the actual delivery itself within 2 weeks, you are no longer legally bound to your purchase. Cancellation / Returns and Refunds
Individual Consumers may choose to cancel their order and return the goods to us for a full refund within 14 calendar days from receipt of their order under the "Consumer Contracts Regulations" act. Consumers must send us a cancellation request in writing (letter, fax, e-mail or by using the Contact Us page of our website) quoting all original Customer / Order numbers. After you have inspected your order and chosen to return it, item/s must be returned to us in their original packaging (where applicable) and in a "re-saleable" condition meaning the item/s must not have been used or damaged while trying to fit or install (in the case of spare parts). The consumer is responsible for all return postage charges or be able to make the item/s available to us for collection. If you require us to organise collection you will be responsible for all collection charges incurred. Refunds will only be issued once the goods have been received and checked. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned items.
If you believe that your chosen item/s are faulty, defective, sent by us in error or damaged in transit. Please notify us in writing (letter, fax, e-mail or by using the Contact Us page of our website) within 14 days of receipt and send them back to us. We will refund your return postage costs once the item has been checked and assessed as being faulty or we can endeavour to arrange collection of larger / heavier items. Once we have established that the item/s are faulty, you will have the option of replacement / refund or repair if the fault can be fixed. If no faults can be found, the item/s will be returned to you.
